We get one chance to get this right and you should spend the time making sure you are happy with the items you are sending and what you would like me to make.

I can make any changes up until I start making your items.  Once I have cut the fabric there is no going back!  

You are responsible for making sure the personalisation details given are correct.

All my items are KEEPSAKE  buddies only and MUST NOT be used as toys in any manner.

Due to the nature of my business CE testing is not possible and so they are not suitable for children under 14.  They can sit on shelves out of the reach of little hands to be part of the family.  Cushions and quilts are fine to be loved and snuggled by all.

Postage of your treasured items will be payable in addition to the item cost and the value of this will be given at the time of ordering - no hidden costs here!  Additionally I only use Royal Mail and send via either a recorded or Special Delivery method.  These are treasured item and I won't gamble on them!

If you are local to me though I am more than happy to met somewhere or you come to me on arrangement.  

 

Refunds are only possible according in line with the Distance Selling Regulations and IF I am at fault for any reason.  Changing your mind is not considered suitable reason.

All  personal data is stored in accordance to regulations and pictures of your items may be used on the website or other promotional pages unless you specifically state otherwise.

Any fabrics not used during the making of your items will be disposed of here at Sewing Memories unless you ask at the time of ordering that you would like me to return these with your item (additional postage costs may apply)
